Origamado with Michael LaFosse

Michael LaFosse is an origami master who's not only published over 70 books on origami, but also can boast that his one-of-a-kind creations have been used on television commercials and displayed in museums as revered as the Louvre. He is a genius and we were lucky enough to have him visit us.

Origami is an excellent compliment to our study of shapes, fractions, repeated addition (the precursor to multiplication), and spatial awareness. Origamado with Michael LaFosse also required patience, concentration, teamwork, and a great sense of humor.

Many thanks to our math curriculum specialist, Tracy Manousaridis, for bringing us this wonderful experience.
